My approach to yoga is grounded in consent, choice and nervous system awareness, offering a space where you don’t need to perform or push – just be. 

As someone who’s walked through many personal mental & health challenges, I teach from my own personal journey and experiences, learnings, wisdoms, teachings & unlearnings. I hold space so you can remember your own strength and softness. My classes are invitational, inclusive and built around the belief that every body and every story belongs. 

I’m a trauma informed Yoga Teacher who believes in the power of movement, breath and stillness to support healing – not just physically but emotionally and mentally.
