As the winter solstice symbolises a point of transition, our practice will focus on finding balance between the light and the dark, mindful slow movement, rest and restore. The solstice serves as a quietly powerful moment for self-enquiry, reflection, interoception and a sense of renewal. It’s a place for teens to unplug, unwind, chill, connect & learn some really cool things to help support their mental & emotional well being. Open to all fitness levels & back grounds, these classes aim to empower teens with tools for calm, focus & resilience in everyday life.
