At Rebel With A Cause Yoga, I show up as both teacher and student – committed to unlearning, relearning, and co-creating practices that honor autonomy, dignity, and the complexity of being human.

It started in a moment of overwhelm, when my nervous system was in survival mode and what I found was profound and it became a quiet rebellion against everything that had told me to disconnect from myself. Now I share this practice with others – not as a cure, but as a way to come home to yourself, gently and at your own pace.

Yoga found me in a season of survival- my journey didn’t begin on a mat in a studio

One breath at a time.

I work with children, teens, adults & seniors of all ages and those who might not see themselves reflected in typical yoga spaces. Creating spaces where yoga is assesible, movement meets mental health, and where every breath is an act of agency and completely grounded in compassion.

My work weaves together the traditional wisdoms of Yoga and Yin Yoga, Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s 5 element theory (to help support emotional balance and seasonal alignment and energetic flow) Mental Health Aware & Trauma Sensitive Care. Whilst weaving in slow mindful movement, somatic and yoga therapy practices to meet a holistic approach.

To build from a place that they create for themselves, a practice that allows them to arrive completely as they are. You will find choice, softness and maybe even a little laughter inviting all the wobbles and imperfections and bringing light in my classes.

I am honored to be apart of the Rebel With A Cause Yoga Community, full of heart and connection.

to meet people where they are, to offer practices and tools that honor them as a whole person, not just a yoga pose & to simplify, finding the true presence of grounding, resilience and self trust.

Whether it’s helping a child learn to ground after a tough day, guiding a teen through the messiness of big emotions or the pressures of this generation just needing quiet space to process and breathe. Guiding a deep rest practice with sound healing and breath or offering chair yoga to adults who want movement that meets them where they are in a gentle inclusive way – my focus and goal is always the same:

inviting all the wobbles & imperfections and bringing light in my classes.

You will find choice, softness and maybe even a little laughter

Whether your navigating stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, or simply seeking a softer way to be in your body, you're welcome here.

Through practices like:

Co Founder of Follow The Sun Tweens & Teens Yoga & Mindfulness Workshops

“Rebel’s yoga is unlike anything I have experienced before."

– Fran

"It feels fresh, connected to the feminine, and deeply flowing while still being beautifully structured. There is a sense of magic in the way she weaves wisdom, ritual and presence into each class. It feels like a clearing, a returning to breath and to the essence of who I am. She carries both gentleness and compassion, yet also such strength and power that create safety and allows me to fully let go. In her classes my body melts and relaxes, as if receiving a massage for my whole being and soul. Each class leaves me in a state of bliss, and the experience continues to deepen over time. I have profound moments where my heart opened in a visceral way and felt light radiating from it. These moments were both grounding and expansive, always held in the calm and safety she creates. Rebel guides with such beauty and care, always reminding within the class to honour my own experience and body whilst supporting me always to reconnect with my body, breath, and essence. Her classes are an offering of melting away of stress and a return to the bliss of being human. I feel so blessed to experience your magnificent offering. I truly think your classes are the best I have ever done on so many levels.”
