From a young age, Rebel felt drawn to the deeper layers of life. At 15, she was gifted her first yoga book , Yoga - The path to holistic health by B.K.S. Iyengar. A book she still treasures today. However it wasn’t until the age of 26, while working in a wellness centre, that she stepped into her first Ashtanga Yoga class. That moment marked the true beginning of her yoga journey.

Meet Rebel

A journey through healing

Having experienced anxiety, panic attacks and digestive issues in her teens, Rebel discovered the profound impact of mindfulness and breathwork – tools that became essential to her everyday life and healing.

Years later a series of deeply challenging personal events, including a glaucoma diagnosis, a significant car accident, PTSD, burnout, and other health setbacks, became a turning point. Instead of retreating ,Rebel turned inward. She began to explore yoga more deeply, connecting with it’s ancient lineages and holistic teachings. This chapter of her life was transformative.

Yoga brought her home to herself.

Rebels teaching is grounded in personal experience, deep compassion and a commitment to self growth. She understands the strength it takes to slow down , face your shadows and truly love all parts of yourself – the light and the dark. Her classes blend intuitive movement, breath awareness, and holistic tools to support the whole being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

She is known for creating safe, grounding spaces where every body is welcome – from children to seniors, from beginners to those with trauma or health challenges. Her teaching is intuitive, nourishing, soulful and deeply intentional with Ahimsa as her mantra and the true practice of yoga is kindness.
